How It Works:

How you do what you do is what makes your business unique. It can also make or break your business. The WheelMaker Program begins with an exploration of what it means for you to work on your business to get better results in your business and walks your through a series of steps that will result in a systematic approach to business building.

Step 1: Explore & Dream

Explore the big picture of your business and you. What does your business mean to you? Why did you start it? Where do you want it to take you? And what will it look like when you have finished building it? What difference is it going to make in the world? How long do you plan on working in it? What is your exit strategy? Are you counting on it for retirement?

Step 2: Acknowledge Where You Are At

Acknowledge the current reality of your business. What do the numbers really say about your business? How much time are you devoting to it? Is it providing for your financial needs? What is your financial plan? Is it profitable?

Step 3: Be Curious & Paint a New Picture

Use the information from the previous steps to sketch out your masterpiece. Now that you know what you want to do with your business and have acknowledged your currently reality, it is time to be curious, do more research if needed and declare the results that you intend to achieve through your business.

Start systematizing your business. This step involves building your business framework - listing all the activities that must take place in order to fulfill its promise to your customers and achieve your intended results.
